Full Digital Learning

Step 1. Learning is dedicated to learn all about theory & implementation by doing:

  • Some E-Learning modules
  • Some Virtual Touch Points including Virtual Classes, Webinars… to work with the trainer & the Group on specific issues and to discuss cases
  • Some videos, some readings, some games, some burning issues, some exams will complete learning
  • Implementation & Practices will be covered through additional individual online coaching sessions, realized with trainers, since part of implementation is about working on behaviour & communication
  • Content & cases can be customised

Step 2. Post Learning (optional) is dedicated to implementation in the company already started in Step 1

  • This step contributes to change the way participants used to do
  • Post learning is based on valuable deliverables
