Today, companies increasingly develop advanced R&D collaborations with supply chain partners. At very early stages, innovative ideas, new technologies are investigated and tested through collaborative efforts.
The first survey of the EIPM Value Creation Observatory has highlighted that best performing companies involve their purchasing function in scouting for opportunities and establishing early stage collaborations with suppliers.
The purpose of the workshop is to investigate how this can be effectively performed.
The agenda will include a combination of best practice presentations and interactive sessions to explore what is done across different industries.
As part of the interactive sessions, participants will be expected to share learnings from their own experience.
