Alessandro Taddei works as a key suppliers manager for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions and is in charge of 4 main suppliers.
Graduate in mechanical, he has a technical background of 12 years in Tetra Pak and is now responsible of buying modules for filling machines.
He has to manage, evaluate and developed business relations with suppliers - negotiate contracts and product agreement -set measurable targets for supplier and monitor performances of suppliers.
