Richard Soell is a Global Strategic Procurement Category Manager at F. Hoffmann-La Roche.
After many years in research and production, he has recently changed position to join the procurement organization. To complement this scientific and technical background, he wanted to build up an understanding of procurement techniques and learn procurement specific vocabulary.

What led you to participate in the CAPC for Expert Buyers?
I wanted to get a solid understanding of procurement systems through a systematic analysis of sourcing processes and identification of strategic ways to influence decisions.
