Helen Clegg   Helen Clegg is Knowledge Team Director in A.T. Kearney’s Procurement & Analytic Solutions unit, where she develops knowledge-sharing solutions for procurement content, including a regular podcast series, now available via iTunes and YouTube. Helen is an active contributor to the global information and knowledge management community, through giving presentations at conferences and writing articles. 
Helen’s background is in research and knowledge – she has worked for a number of global management consultancies and Fortune 500 companies in their research and knowledge functions.

Marcy Bucci  

Marcy heads Beroe’s global business development organization  and  has managed over 100 supply chain/procurement consulting assignments for multinational clients.  Marcy’s experience runs the gamut from business process improvement and effectiveness to strategic supply chain redesign. A regular speaker at procurement conferences, her areas of expertise include Procurement Intelligence and integration of Procurement Intelligence with Sourcing to improve the procurement outcome.

Bertrand is highly involved in Value Creation projects for various consumer goods industries. He has developed a value creation methodology with a specific approach for measuring the value results from the projects he manages.
He is particularly involved in value creation projects initiated by the Purchasing function and teaches “upstream purchasing techniques” in various MASTER and MBA programs such as EIPM and EM Lyon.
He has been with Creargie for more than 15 years and has an operational experience in pharmaceutical business.

Angus McIntosh is Commercial (Procurement) Vice President for Mars Petcare in Europe.  Mars is one of the world’s leading food businesses, operating in chocolate, gum, beverages, food and pet food in which it is one of the largest global players, with famous brands such as Whiskas, Pedigree, Sheba and Cesar.  Angus has worked for Mars for over 21 years, for most of that time in Procurement in Chocolate, Food and Petcare, in the UK, Netherlands and Germany, with experience spanning raw materials, packaging and all indirect catergories.  In the last six years he has headed the Procurement function for Mars’ Petcare business in Europe. 



    Dr. Nicolas Reinecke, Leader of Global Purchasing and Supply Management Practice, member of the leadership group of the European Operation Practicer
Dr. Nicolas Reinecke  

Dr. Nicolas Reinecke is Principal in the McKinsey Hamburg Office (former Offices include New York/New Jersey and Silicon Valley). He is leader of McKinsey’s Global Purchasing and Supply Management Practice and member of the leadership group of the European Operation Practice. Since joining McKinsey in 1996, he has focused on operations engagements with a particular focus on manufacturing and procurement. He holds the degree of a DR;-Ing.(Ph.D.) in energy and chemical engineering and a Dipl.-Ing. (M;Sc. and B.A.) in mechanical engineering from the University of Hannover.
He has done research in the field of oil processing, multiphase flows and chemical reactions at MIT.

Bob Engel  

Bob ENGEL is Chief Procurement Manager at Resources Global Professionals. He has been in the supply chain profession for over 35 years, and has worked for both Fortune 100 companies as well as private companies. During his professional career, he has held various positions within supply chain management and his responsibilities included procurement, materials management, logistical activities, and contract management for both domestic and international functions.
Bob has conducted training and workshop seminars for companies as well as numerous ISM (Institute for Supply Management) and APICS entities, in the US and abroad.

Bob is a practitioner and his knowledge and experience of supply chain management, coupled with his presentation skills, has provided valuable insight and information for supply chain professionals in all industries.

Frederic Petit  

Frédéric PETIT is a Senior CSD at Resources Global Professionals France since 2005 and coordinates the Supply Chain practice in Europe. In that role, he is helping companies achieve their Procurement and Supply Chain projects together with his team of experts.
Prior to joining Resources he has been advising major companies in the industry, communication and pharmaceutical sector in sourcing and procurement re-organization.
Frederic was Chief Procurement Officer at Fournier (Pharmaceutical Group) in charge of non-production purchases.

He is co-writer of the book “Purchasing Management” written by Mr O. Bruel (04/07 Ed. Economica).
Frederic is also an interim professor at HEC Business School.

    Dr. Sebastian Durst, Project Manager
Dr. Sebastian Durst   Dr. Sebastian Durst is a Project Manager at Roland Berger. He focuses on Purchasing and Supply Chain management. He holds the degree of a Dr. rer. pol. (thesis on strategic supplier development) and a Dipl.-Kfm./EMBSc from the University of Bamberg/Edinburgh. In 2005 he joined Roland Berger’s Operations Strategy Competence Center.
His key projects include: Design and implementation of global procurement organisations for various companies, setup and implementation of a program to manage critical raw materials in the automotive industry, development and implementation of a cross-functional value management concept for a consumer
goods company, ramp up support for a joint venture focused on e-mobility, cross-functional material cost reduction at several companies.

    Mr Oliver Knapp, Partner
Oliver Knapp   Oliver Knapp is a Partner at Roland Berger. He holds a Business Management with Engineering degree from the Technical College of Aalen and an MBA from the University of Denver, USA. In 2000 he joined Roland Berger's Operations Strategy Competence Center.
His key projects include: Product margin improvement for a consumer goods company, development of global procurement organizations in the automotive and engineered products industry, PMI and cost reduction in various industries, moderation of the product development process and development of a market entry strategy China for a machinery manufacturer, implementation of a Lead Engineering
organization for a commercial vehicle manufacturer, development of a module strategy for a vehicle manufacturer, due diligence/red flag report in the floor covering industry, global benchmarking and identification of industry trends for a vehicle manufacturer, validation of the After Sales logistics strategy and development of a segmentation methodology for a global vehicle manufacturer.

    Mr Klaids Lafon de Ribeyrolles, Executive Vice-President, Purchasing Strategy
Klaids Lafon de Ribeyrolles   Klaids is the Executive Vice-President, Purchasing Strategy for Rolls-Royce, based in Derby, UK. In his role, Klaids is responsible for:
  • Providing strategic direction, reinforcing governance and support on all purchasing matters across Rolls-Royce.
  • Enabling the Rolls-Royce Supplier Management teams to access fit for purpose processes, IT tools and functional capability development.

Klaids joined Rolls-Royce in 2006. Klaids previously held several positions within Supply Management covering supplier quality, new product introduction, strategic and operational purchasing.

He has extensive experience in leading global and international purchasing organisations. Klaids worked in seven countries globally for three different industries: aerospace, automotive and nuclear.
Klaids holds a BA in Mathematics and Physics as well as an MSc in Computer Science. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management through ISM and speaks French, English and Russian fluently.

    Mr Laurent Joly, Supply Chain Improvement Manager,

Laurent is currently in charge of Rolls- Royce Instrumentation & Control purchasing transformation based  in Grenoble ( France  ) and responsible for
Purchasing transformation Process alignment to Rolls – Royce Corporate requirements, as well as User Friendly Cost standards deployment for I&C Business unit.
He has an extensive experience in leading and developing Cost Management organization.
Laurent Joined Rolls – Royce in 2007 and created Cost Management  organization  ( Purchasing Corporate function )  in UK , Germany and also USA supporting cross sector needs for cost down activities and supplier engagement .

Laurent held several position in Supply chain in Luxembourg , France and UK  in Automotive and Aero industry covering Commodity and Indirect purchase .
He holds a BA in Mathematics and Physics as well as an MSc in Purchasing – Supply Chain transformation.

    Mr Jean-Claude Barberan, Purchasing Director,

Jean Claude has been working in SAGEM since1990 and he is currently the Purchasing Director of SAGEMCOM. Before joining SAGEM he spent 16 years in TRT (Philips subsidiary in Telecom, Engineering and Defence).


    Mr Jean-François Leleu-Eponville, Functions & Global Shared Services Personnel Manager,
Jean-Francois Leleu-Eponville  

Jean-Francois is a Personnel Manager for the global Shared Services Organization and Support Functions of Schlumberger.  He holds degrees in Human Resources Development (M. Sc.), Sociology (M. A.) and an M.B.A from Erasmus University, NL.   He joined the company in 1998 and he has held various HR assignments based in the USA, Asia (Malaysia) and France, spanning across most of the segments and geographies where the company is running activities.  Since 2009, he has under his portfolio the Supply Chain function and is in charge of its people development strategy deployment and talent management.


    Mr Phil Teijeira, Global Head of Procurement,
Phil Teijeira  

Phil Teijeira is the Global Head of Procurement for Schlumberger, the world's leading oilfield services company supplying technology that optimizes reservoir performance for customers working in the oil and gas industry.  In his current role, he is responsible for approximately 2,000 employees and procuring products and services at the lowest total cost of ownership for the enterprise’s $24B complex portfolio. Before assuming his current role in July 2011, Mr. Teijeira was responsible for North America Supply Chain.  In a series of earlier assignments, he was Supply Manager for the US Land and Offshore (Gulf Coast) divisions of Schlumberger, and Product and Service Manager for SchlumbergerSema. 

Mr. Teijeira started his career at Schlumberger in 2000 in the company's Metering Division (Resource Management Services), in Atlanta, GA. 

  Mr Benoit Dauchin, Group Director Supply Chain Management Services
Benoit Dauchin  

Benoit has held several senior executive CPO / COO positions, worked for Procter & Gamble, Kingfisher or Nestle, living and operating in various countries.
Prior Joining Vodafone Procurement Company in 2011, Benoit was board member of Nespresso, steering supply, sourcing and product development matters.
In his career, he has successfully driven large scale procurement transformation initiatives, across direct and indirect sourcing, as well as commodities.
Benoit holds a Masters degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
