Mr Nowosel holds a Master of Business Science degree and has had extensive management training at top MBA schools.

   Ms Aurore Tournadre, Sourcing & Procurement Consultant
Aurore Tournadre  

Ms. Tournadre is based in Europe and belongs to Accenture's Supply Chain Management Sourcing and Procurement practice. She has built a strong international experience in global sourcing, strategic sourcing, supplier development and operations manufacturing, reinforced through her former positions as direct material buyer and project buyer in the automotive industry. She has more than 7 years experience in Sourcing & Procurement. Ms. Tournadre has studied international business administration at the Euromed Marseille School of Management in France and at the Virginia Commonwealth University in the USA.

She has managed several global materials rationalization projects at major B2B and B2C manufacturers.
   Mr Jeff Wilcoxon, Sourcing & Procurement Manager
Jeff Wilcoxon   Mr. Wilcoxon is a U.S. based manager in Accenture's Supply Chain Management Sourcing and Procurement practice. He has 10 years experience in managing and improving supply chains, both as an entrepreneur and as a consultant. Mr. Wilcoxon holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
His expertise includes: Procurement Transformation at large manufacturing company, Indirect sourcing at global electronics manufacturer, Launch of strategic sourcing organization at global insurance company, strategic sourcing at global bank, management of global materials rationalization effort at large B2B manufacturer.

   Ms Isabelle Lauzon, Chief Procurement Officer
Isabelle Lauzon  

Isabelle Lauzon is currently Chief Procurement Officer for ACCOR. Isabelle worked from 1991 to 2007 for the Air Liquide Group various business, operational and management responsibilities, and in particular as a Director of Group Procurement (2005 tp 2007). She has worked in Canada, France, United Kingdom, Italy, USA and has accomplished several missions in Asia.
Isabelle is Canadian and has earned a Chemical engineer degree, as well as an MBA from HEC Montreal.

   Mr Renaud Blech, Supply Chain Director
Renaud Blech  

Renaud Blech is a Supply Chain Director for Alstom Power Nuclear. His responsibilities cover both direct and indirect goods and services purchasing and procurement for nuclear power plant conventional island new built equipment. His current focus is on ensuring smooth equipment delivery for projects in execution (like Flamanville ERP nuclear power plant in France) as well as preparing tenders for future new built nuclear power plants worldwide.
Renaud started his career in supply chain at Michelin Group, France in 1992. He has 18 years experience in supply chain, project management and information systems in several international companies.

Renaud holds Masters of Science from both Polytechnique (France) and Mines de Paris (France).

   Mr Jules A. Goffre, Vice President
Jules A Goffre  

Jules Goffre is Vice President/Voting Shareholder and Leader of the European Supply Management Practice and European Co-Leader of Procurement Solutions.
From 1989 till 1993 conducted consulting engagements in the Duesseldorf office of A.T.Kearney in the ranks of Research Associate and Manager. Focus was on manufacturing, maintenance and supply chain consulting.
From 1994 till 1999 built up the Prague Office from 3 to over 40 employees, making it in terms of revenues the dominant consulting company in the Czech high value added segment. Participated in most major business development and resource development activities.

Since the year 2000, placed in charge of the Supply Management competency centre of A.T.Kearney in Central Europe. In summer of 2002, this role has been extended to Europe. In this role, Jules built on many procurement optimization projects in Energy, Utilities, Pharma, Mechanical Engineering, Consumer Goods and Telecommunications in his career, making him a recognised authority in this field.
Since February 2006 voting shareholder as of as part of the firm’s MBO.

   Mr Dieter Lott, Vice President M&A
Dieter Lott   Dieter Lott is a Vice President responsible for M&A, start ups and geographic expansion since 2005. He is an expert in M&A/Business Integration, Business Development, Strategy consultancy, Supply Chain management, general Management. His journey at AVNET started in 2000 as a Global Strategy Director. In 2002 he took the role of a Vice President Finance and Administration, followed by Vice President/ General Manager in 2004. His interests include new ventures, new technologies, new sales channels in addition to his expertise in purchasing and Supply Chain.

   Mr Stephen Wills, Director of Group Procurement
Stephen Wills   Stephen has been a member of the purchasing and supply profession for 30 years and since 2004 he has held the role of Director of Group procurement for AXA UK following the convergence of 4 individual purchasing teams from within AXA's Life, Insurance, Uk and Bayer Healthcare businesses.
Stephen presently manages a team of 40 procurement professionals delivering complex transformational change across multiple functions including Information Technology projects, implementation of multi million pound out sourcing and cost saving programmes plus commercial revenue generation initiatives.
Stephen also mentors and develops procurement talent through his extensive
experience and the implementation of the Procurement College and in 2009 Stephen collected the supply management award for the best people development. He also sits on the Board of Management for his professional body, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) with responsibility for Education.
Stephen holds an MBA in Strategic Procurement from Birmingham University and his contribution to the profession was fully recognised in 2005 when he became a Fellow of CIPS and in 2006 when he collected the Supply Management award for Professional of the year.

   Mr Tom DeBruine, Global Director – Strategic Sourcing
    Mr. DeBruine is a strategic sourcing director in Brady's global procurement organization with responsibility for category strategy and supply base management for a direct materials sourcing spend in excess of $100M USD. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville in addition to numerous certifications. In addition to his strategic sourcing experience, Mr. DeBruine has over 20 years of operations and engineering management experience in tier one automotive supply, motors and drives, and industrial identification businesses.

   Dr Heinrich Berger, Head of Global Procurement Direct Spend
Dr Heinrich Berger  

Heinrich Berger is head of Global Procurement Direct Spend within Group procurement Services at Clariant International and Leading vice President of the Swiss centre Shanghai Foundation. Heinrich Berger holds a Phd in Chemistry from the Swiss national Technical University ETH and an executive MBA from the Simon School Rochester, New York and the University Bern. Mr Berger had during his journey several management positions starting with Manufacturing, Sourcing for Innovation and Development and Global Procurement at Roche (from 1993 to 2000) and Marketing/Sales and Business management at Dolder (from 2000 to 2006). In 2001 he built up a Trading Company

in Shanghai and travels since then very regularly to China and India. In 2006, Mr Berger joined the Swiss Specialty Chemical Company Clariant International as Head of Sourcing for the Division Pigment and Additives and Member of the Divisional management Committee. In 2010 he took over Head of Global Procurement Direct Spend at Group level and member of the Group Procurement Services management committee.

   Mr Bertrand Lalanne, Director & Partner   
Bertrand Lalanne  

Bertrand is highly involved in Value Creation projects for various consumer goods industries (food, household,…) for which he has developed a value creation methodology with a specific approach for measuring the value resulting from the projects he manages. He is particularly involved in value creation projects initiated by the Purchasing function and teaches “upstream purchasing techniques” in various MASTER and MBA programs such as EIPM and EM Lyon. He has been with Creargie for more than 15 years and has an operational experience in pharmaceutical business.

   Mr Christophe Moulin, Associate Director   
Christophe Moulin   Christophe Moulin is an Associate Director at Creargie since 1997. He had prior engineering (robots and automation) and consulting (manufacturing) experience. He has developed various best practices linked to operational excellence (industrial strategy, lead time reduction, efficiency improvement). Then he applied those within supplier development projects. Since 2005 he has developed an expertise on Value Creation method with major consumer goods and retail companies. Value Creation Method is often applied within programmes initiated by purchasing departments. These programs involve transversal teams and suppliers with ambitious targets of Value
Creation through products and processes renovation or innovation. Christophe works also as a trainer to transfer tools and methods in Supplier Development and Value Analysis. He is in charge of the organising the knowledge management within Creargie.

Eco Vadis
   Mr Pierre-François Thaler, Managing Director
Pierre-François Thaler  
Pierre-François Thaler, is a co-founder of Eco Vadis – a leading provider of Sustainable Supply Management solutions. Eco Vadis On-Demand platform allows large organisations to assess the environmental & social performance of their suppliers, providing seamless integration of these new criteria into their procurement processes. Pierre-François is the co-author of the "HEC Sustainable Procurement Benchmark" published in 2007 by HEC Business School, and wrote multiple articles on this topic.
Pierre-François brings 13 years experience in Purchasing, working for global industrial companies and innovative service providers. He was previously director of e-
Procurement for ALSTOM and CEO of B2Build the first electronic procurement solution for the European construction industry. Prior to joining Eco Vadis, he was a director of ARIBA Procurement Outsourcing business.
Pierre-François is an electrical engineer by trade, holding a Master of Science from Supelec and a MBA from Insead.

  Mr Bernard Gracia, Director

Bernard Gracia

  In 1976, Bernard GRACIA collaborated in the launching of one of the first post-graduate programme in Purchasing in the world (M.A.I – Master Industrial Purchasing for the Bordeaux Business School). As Director of this post-graduate programme, Bernard GRACIA developed M.A.I Diploma as a market standard in France.
As director of MAI  (Master programme in Industrial Purchasing) in Bordeaux in the 80’s, Bernard developed an important network of Purchasing  Managers  and positioned the MAI Diploma as market standard in France.
In 1990, he gathered companies such as Aerospatiale, Alcatel,
Pechiney, Philips and Renault associated with the European Union to found  the European Institute of Purchasing Management. (EIPM)
As director of EIPM, he launched the first  MBA programme specialised in  Purchasing Management in  Europe on  December 1991 and the first  European Roundtable for Senior Executives in 1993.
Bernard GRACIA acts mainly in consulting strategy, training engineering for multinational companies such as DuPont, Alcan, Bayer, Volvo, …
He also gives courses and develops research activities for companies mainly on competences and excellence model.

   Mrs Barbara Lavernos,
Barbara Lavernos  

Barbara Lavernos is a General Purchasing Director. Barbara holds a Chemical Engineer degree.  She joined L’Oreal in 1991 as a Buyer. She worked then as a Purchasing Manager, Development Manager, Plant Director. Her current portfolio includes packaging, raw materials, indirect purchasing, PLV/promos, capex, maintenance, real estate with the budget of over 5Md€.


   Dr Nicolas Reinecke, Leader of Global Purchasing and Supply Management Practice, member of the leadership group of the European Operation Practice
Dr Nicolas Reinecke  
Dr. Nicolas Reinecke is Principal in the McKinsey Hamburg Office (former Offices include New York/New Jersey and Silicon Valley). He is leader of McKinsey's Global Purchasing and Supply Management Practice and member of the leadership group of the European Operation Practice. Since joining McKinsey in 1996, he has focused on operations engagements with a particular focus on manufacturing and procurement. He holds the degree of a Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) in energy and chemical engineering and a Dipl.-Ing. (M.Sc. and B.A.) in mechanical engineering from the University of Hannover.
He has done research in the field of oil processing, multiphase flows and
reactions at MIT.

   Mr Jean-Francois BARIL, Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement
Jean-François Baril  

Jean-Francois Baril is the Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement for Nokia Corporation, based in Espoo Finland. He joined Nokia Group on January 1999.
Prior to joining Nokia, Jean Francois was Director at Compaq, where he was leading the European Sourcing and Materials responsibilities based in Erskine, Scotland from 1994 to 1997. He then moved to Houston Texas from 1997 to 1999 as both Director, Corporate Procurement for the Mass Storage and Director Sourcing for Compaq Storage business unit.
Jean-François started his career in Sourcing and Procurement at Hewlett-Packard, Grenoble, France in 1984 where he held various responsibilities including the worldwide

leadership for Sourcing for the HP Personal Computer division between 1991 and 1994.
Other industrial experiences include two years on offshore platforms in West Africa with Schlumberger and one year at Commissariat a L’Energie Atomique in France as a Research Engineer.
Jean-Francois was Chairman of the Electronic Component Board for RosettaNet from 2002 to 2004. Jean-Francois has been nominated in January 2003 “Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur” by the French Minister of Commerce. Jean-Francois is also Board Member of NetOnNet company listed in Stockholm.

   Mr Giles Breault, Chief Purchasing Officer Pharma
Giles Breault   Giles Breault is Chief purchasing Officer of Novartis Pharma AG, responsible for Pharma Global Sourcing worldwide, which includes both direct and indirect goods and services sourcing, accounting for over $8.5Bio in annual spend. Mr Breault is a Supply Chain, Sourcing and Procurement executive with strategic and operational experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Electronics and Aviation industries. Mr. Breault joined Novartis in 2005 from Aventis in Frankfurt, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Purchasing Officer. Prior to Aventis, Mr. Breault was Head of Global Strategic Purchasing at Roche in Basel, Switzerland. Mr.Breault attended Lafayette College in the US (BS – Economics)
and Pepperdine University (MBA°. He is a CPM (Institute of Supply Management – USA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing (CIPM).

   Mr Bob Engel, Vice President Business Development
Bob Engel   Bob Engel is Chief Procurement Manager at Resources Global professionals. He has been in the supply chain profession for over 35 years, and has worked for both Fortune 100 companies as well as private companies. During his professional career, he has held various positions within supply chain management and his responsibilities included procurement, materials management, logistical activities, and contract management for both domestic and international functions. Bob has conducted training and workshop seminars for companies as well as numerous ISM (Institute for Supply Management) and APICS entities, in the US and abroad. Bob is a practitioner and his knowledge and
experience of supply chain management, coupled with his presentation skills, has provided valuable insight and information for supply chain professionals in all industries.
   Mr Frederic Petit, Director of Client Service
Frédéric PETIT   Frédéric PETIT is leading the Supply Chain practice at Resources Global Professionals France since 2005 helping companies achieve their Procurement and Supply Chain projects together with his team of experts. Prior to joining Resources he has been advising major companies in the industry, communication and pharmaceutical sector in sourcing and procurement re-organization He has been Chief Procurement Officer at Fournier (Pharmaceutical Group) in charge of non-production purchases. Mr PETIT is co-writer of the book "Purchasing Management" written by Mr O. Bruel (04/07 Ed. Economica). He is also an interim professor at HEC Business School.

   Mr Oliver Knapp, Principal
Oliver Knapp   Oliver Knapp is a Principal at Roland Berger. He holds a business management and engineering degree from the Technical College of Aalen and an MBA from the University of Denver, USA. While still in Technical College, he started to for Mercedes-Benz Motosport-presse in Stuttgart and then Mercedes-Benz in Auckland, New Zealand. He worked for Dr.Lipfert Consulting, eBags, eezyFunds.   Dr Sebastian Durst,  Project Manager
Sebastian Durst   Dr. Sebastian Durst is a Project Manager at Roland Berger. He focuses on Purchasing and Supply Chain management. He holds the degree of a Dr.rer pol (thesis on strategic supplier development) and a Dipl.-Kfm./EMBSc from the University of Bamberg/Edinburgh. In 2005 he joined Roland berger's Operations Strategy Competence Center.

   Mr Jochen Weyandt, Senior Vice President
Jochen Weyandt   Jochen Weyandt, CPO, Senior Vice President, is responsible for the global purchasing of the Schindler group. He previously held various positions within the automotive industry, last within Continental AG. He is a graduate mechanical engineer and holds an MBA from Henley.
Schindler group is the largest supplier of escalators and the second largest manufacturer of elevators worldwide.
Schindler has global purchasing presence in all core markets with an overall purchasing volume of approximately 4 billion CHF.

   Mrs Kim Smit, Vice President Finance, Contracting & Procurement
Kim Smit   Mrs. Smit is Vice President Finance for Contracting & Procurement for Shell globally and is involved across the whole value chain and focuses on Value delivery through Category management, Contract Management, Supplier management and Operations both in capital projects as well as in ongoing business in Upstream, Downstream, and Functional spend. Prior to her current role, she was in a variety of Finance, general management and strategy roles in the Upstream, Downstream and corporate sectors of Shell in different countries across three continents. She holds a degree in political sciences/financial economics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences-Po) de Paris.

   Mr Jean-Christophe Deville, General Manager Purchasing
Jean-Christophe Deville   Jean-Christophe Deville is a General Manager Purchasing, TOYOTA Europe. He is charge of purchasing strategies, projects management, procurement of raw materials, unit parts, logistics services, facilities investment for the Toyota European plants. He manages 1 billion euros and has 50 persons under his leadership.
Jean-Christophe holds an MBA Degree and has over 15 years of purchasing experience in automotive industry in Europe and China.
