Location

The conference will take place at the Convention Centre on the Business Park of Archamps, France – where is located EIPM French Geneva Campus - (Internal direct access to the Hotel Best Western) - 15 minutes drive from Geneva, Switzerland, international airport and 25 minutes drive form Geneva railway station.

Due to the great number of different flight arrivals, the EIPM cannot organise a transfer from Geneva to Archamps.
If you require a taxi upon arrival at the Geneva Airport, we invite you to make your taxi reservation in advance.

The rate from the Airport to the Site d’Archamps: 40 Euros

At your arrival at the Geneva Airport, please use the main exit (Geneva/Switzerland) and not the French exit (France) in order to meet the taxi driver.
The EIPM will organise a return transfer to Geneva airport at the end of the Conference on Friday for all participants. Please note that if you prefer to use a taxi, you should settle the taxi fare.

Indications

1. If you arrive at Geneva Airport (15 minutes to Archamps)
You can book a taxi by printing the Taxi's booking form and send it back to the taxi directly (see number on the form). Or you can take a Swiss taxi at your arrival. We recommend you to print out this page in order to give to the Swiss taxi the indication on how to get to the Archamps Site.

Indications : Take the Geneva peripheral highway. Follow signs for France, arriving at Bardonnex Customs Post. Follow signs for Archamps/ Parc d'Affaires International. First exit 13.1: Archamps/Parc d'Affaires International (Site d’Archamps). Coming out from the motorway, turn left and then first right, pass the Hotel Ibis on your left, turn first on your left. The Hotel Best Western has an internal direct access to the Convention Centre.

In French : Prendre l’Autoroute direction France. Après la douane de Bardonnex suivre Annemasse/Archamps. 1ère Sortie : Archamps/Parc d’Affaires International. A cette sortie tourner à gauche, puis la 1ère à droite. Après l’Hôtel IBIS (sur votre gauche), tourner 1ère à gauche.
L’Hôtel Best Western a un accès direct au centre de convention.

2. If you arrive at Geneva Railway station (25 minutes from Archamps)
Please take a Swiss taxi at your arrival. The indications are: Plan-les-Ouates, Perly, Perly Customs Post, Saint Julien en Genevois, Archamps.

3. If you arrive from Lyon ( 1 hour and 15 minutes )
A42 Highway towards Geneva, then A40 towards Annecy, Annemasse, Geneva. Exit 13.1 “Archamps/Parc d’Affaires International”.
