When shall we receive the speakers'presentations?
The copies of the presentations are given during the Conference as well as the booklet of the EIPM’s products and planning of the EIPM's events.
 


When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
 

How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made by credit card , Bank transfer & cheque
 

Are the meals included?
All refreshments and meals are included in the conference fees.
 

How many attendees will be at the conference?
This varies for each conference. From 120 to 150.
 

How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Please book your accommodation with the booking form & send it directly to the hotel of your choice.
 


What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business suits.

If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.


Delegate Substitutions And Cancellations
•  You may substitute delegates at any time.
•  All cancellations are to be made by writing.
• For cancellation received by October 1st 2007, 50% of the amount due will be charged. For any cancellation received from November 1st 2007, 100% of the amount will be charged.
• No refund will be made for cancellation due to problems with airlines or train companies.
• In the event that EIPM cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future EIPM event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
• In the event that EIPM postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future EIPM event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
