When shall we receive the speakers'presentations?
No copies of presentations will be given during the conference.
Presentations will be available online one week before the start of the
conference and 1 month after. You'll receive a password in time.
When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made by credit card , Bank transfer & cheque
Are the meals included?
All refreshments and meals are included in the conference fees.
How many attendees will be at the conference?
This varies for each conference. From 120 to 150.

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business suits.

Delegate Substitutions And Cancellations
• You may substitute delegates at any time.
• All cancellations are to be made by writing.
• For cancellations received by July 16th 2005, 10% of the amount due will be charged; for cancellations received by October 1st 2005, 50% of the amount due will be charged; for any cancellations received from November 1st 2005, 100% of the amount due will be charged.
• No refund will be made for cancellation due to problems with airlines or train companies.
• In the event that EIPM cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future EIPM event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
• In the event that EIPM postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future EIPM event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
