Purchasing teams are now looking at their sustainability initiatives as a mean to create value for the business

This workshop will build on the collective expertise within the EIPM network. It will use proven knowledge sharing techniques including a benchmarking survey, peer assist sessions and a lessons learned session.

The workshop provides access to best practices and allows participants to reflect on their current ways of working.

This workshop will look at how purchasing teams through their sustainability programs can contribute to:

  • Eco-design
  • Access to new markets
  • Company reputation
