When shall we receive the speakers'presentations?
The presentations will be given on USB key in the beginning of the Workshop.
 


When should I pay for the Workshop?
Payment must be received prior
to the Workshop.
 

How should I pay for the Workshop?
Payment can be made by credit card , Bank transfer & cheque
 

Are the meals included?
All refreshments and meals are included in the conference fees.
 

How many attendees will be at the Workshop?
This varies for each Workshop. At this exclusive workshop: around 35 – 40 professionals.
 

How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Delegate Substitutions And Cancellations
•  You may substitute delegates at any time.
•  All cancellations are to be made by writing.
• For cancellation received
between February 1st 2008 and February 28th 2008, 50% of the amount due will be charged. For any cancellation received from March 1st 2008, 100% of the amount will be charged.
• No refund will be made for cancellation due to problems with airlines or train companies.
• In the event that EIPM cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future EIPM event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
• In the event that EIPM postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future EIPM event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
