Since 2006, he is Director, Marketing Operations of Bristol-Myers Squibb Europe Middle East & Africa after 4 years as Director, Strategic Sourcing for the same group.
He has led international positions on sourcing and supply chain in various industries and cutting-edge markets. Strong business qualifications with an impressive track record of 18 years of hands-on experience in strategic sourcing & supply chain, business unit development, mergers, six sigma and BtoB strategies.
He has spoken at numerous European venues, presenting a wide range of topics relating to sourcing and marketing.

Joyce joined the MPI European office in August 2005 as Manager of Chapter Relations and Development. In July 2006, she was promoted to the position of Director of European Operations and in May 2007
her responsibilities were extended to include not only Europe but also the Middle East and Africa.
Joyce started her career in 1997 at Lease Plan Belgium in the key account department and then moved to Toyota Motor
Europe, where she was a Meeting Planner but also had responsibilities for monitoring and developing the Fleet Sales in Europe. After three and a half successful years with Toyota Motor Europe, Joyce joined the European Private Equity
and Venture

Capital
Association (EVCA) as a Conference Planner. While working at EVCA Joyce got involved with MPI.
She then briefly worked for AGS as an Association Planner and Liberty Incentives and Congresses, as their Sales and Marketing Director.
Joyce was nominated Planner of the Year by the Belgian Chapter in 2005 and became the President-Elect of the Chapter in the same year.
Joyce has a bachelor degree in Translator – Interpreter obtained in Brussels in 1996. She speaks Dutch, French, English, Spanish and German and has a basic knowledge of Italian. She passed her CMM in December 2003.

In 1976, Bernard GRACIA collaborated in the launching of one of the first post-graduate programme in Purchasing in the world (M.A.I – Master Industrial Purchasing for the Bordeaux Business School).
As Director of this post-graduate programme, Bernard GRACIA developed M.A.I Diploma as a market
standard in France.
As director of MAI (Master programme in Industrial Purchasing) in Bordeaux in the 80’s, Bernard developed an important network of Purchasing Managers and positioned the MAI Diploma as market standard in France

As director of EIPM, heaunched the first MBA programme specialised in Purchasing
Management in Europe on December 1991 and the first European Roundtable for Senior Executives in 1993.
Bernard GRACIA acts mainly in consulting strategy, training engineering for multinational companies such as DuPont, Alcan, Bayer, Volvo, …
He also gives courses and develops research activities for companies mainly on competences and excellence model. |

After studying at the Dutch Scientific Institute for Tourism and Leisure, she worked with various company’s within the tourism industry . In 1985 she started working as a meeting planner for NV Organon, a pharmaceutical company. Combined meeting management with travel management and became Guest Relations & Travel Manager, responsible for the travel and conference services, inhouse meeting rooms, exhibitions and tours around the company.
