The EIPM hosts e-tutoring systems associated with the “traditional” sessions. In the frame of the tailor made programmes (ajouter un lien vers la page correspondante), participants are more and more often to implemented the training concepts within company projects. The e-tutoring system is used to follow-up their work, the progress of their projects, and the achievement of the expected results. Organised as a private web platform (access restricted to the participants of the training session), the system is the central point for locating other participants, finding the training and associated documents, discussing via off-line forums or on-line chats (following a pre-defined “virtual meetings” schedule), finding guidelines and templates for producing the project deliverables.
