How EIPM conducted the Salary Survey.

This on-line study aims to provide descriptive statistics on compensation patterns of individuals from the purchasing function. The population surveyed represents a wide spectrum of buying responsibilities, industries, and buying backgrounds. The research provides a predictive benchmark of compensation patterns related to a number of demographic variables (such as age, gender, educational background, work experience etc) and their firms (purchasing spend, industry).
