The CAPC for Purchasing Managers:
The CAPC for Purchasing Managers is targeted to purchasing executives with solid purchasing background who are leading a team of buyers or to senior buyers accessing to executive position. Participants must be looking for insights to set-up a purchasing organisation, define and implement a purchasing strategy: a 2 week programme which spans over 2 months.

The CAPC for Expert Buyers is targeted to lead buyers responsible for strategic portfolios, buyers working in product development projects and senior buyers : a 3 week programme over 3 months.
Week 1: Managing a purchasing portfolio strategically
Week 2: Early purchasing involvement in projects
Week 3: Implementation skills for Expert Buyers

The CAPC for Newcomers:
The CAPC for New Comers is targeted to new recruits in the purchasing department (from few weeks to one year in the purchasing function) with previous experiences in other functions : - 3 week course spread over 3 months.

Week 2: Strategic management of a purchasing portfolio
Week 3: Contracting and implementation
