- Save time, instead of taking months working on a job description, assess a group of your |
buyers based on EIPM’s Standard Job Profile which already defines activities & competencices.

- Determine if customisation is neccessary: After a Pilot, you will have a better feedback if

| there is a need to customise the job profile. |
| - Step by step guidance: From pre-communication, actual assessment to results reporting, |
| you will be guided on how to launch a Skills Assessment in your team. |
| - Results for Manager & Individual: You will receive a complete Manager Report for a job |
| position & each individual will receive their own Individual Report. |
You may launch a Pilot session from a minimum of 5 participants onwards. |
