Launch Pilot Session

Reasons for starting with a Pilot.


- Better clarity of how the Skills Assessment works & the type of results you can get as a
  manager & individual participant.
- Save time, instead of taking months working on a job description, assess a group of your
  buyers based on EIPM’s Standard Job Profile which already defines activities & competencices.
- Determine if customisation is neccessary: After a Pilot, you will have a better feedback if
  there is a need to customise the job profile.
- Step by step guidance: From pre-communication, actual assessment to results reporting,
  you will be guided on how to launch a Skills Assessment in your team.
- Results for Manager & Individual: You will receive a complete Manager Report for a job
  position & each individual will receive their own Individual Report.

You may launch a Pilot session from a minimum of 5 participants onwards.
