Training in Purchasing  
 

Our training programmes objective is to enhance and/or develop further capabilities of purchasing professionals to handle their jobs be those technical or personal development modules.
They vary from specific independent modules focused in one area of knowledge to integrated programs and attract a diversified public, from buyers to purchasing managers.

Today we offer three main types of training:

- Intra company training called Customized training: based on the specific needs of a company for training and designed specifically for those needs
- Inter company training: standard training which take place at the EIPM and which works on the basis of individual participants registration, bringing together representatives of different industries and countries

At the same time they help companies to adopt a common vocabulary, a common understanding of purchasing strategy and purchasing priorities and develop further the networking between purchasing staff worldwide.

Today EIPM is running tailor made programs in 9 different languages worldwide. The type of training vary from enhancement of  purchasing culture to working on  purchasing strategy and  organisation, working on specific tools and methodologies and their implementation.

The target of this training is for different levels of the purchasing community: buyers, lead buyers, purchasing managers, purchasing directors as well as purchasing internal clients.
